How do I know where my parcel is once it's been posted?
Items can be tracked all the way from our pharmacy to its final destination with Royal Mail's Track and Trace. The Track and Trace tool is a centralised computer system that allows us to track mail through the postal network. We use a unique bar-coded label for each item sent.

What happens if packages are delayed, lost or damaged?
Although such incidents are rare with these special postal services, the MLN has arranged insurance cover for all such incidents and will therefore assume responsibility for these risks. If such an incident does occur arrangements will be made for the urgent despatch of replacement goods by courier if necessary. Similar contingency arrangements are available to deal with postal strikes etc.
